Return & Refund PolicyThis page describes our policy on returns and refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. ProductsThe guarantees on the products that we sell vary by product. Please see each individual product page for more details on the specific associated terms. All our products are delivered electronically. Should you wish to request a refund on the product you have purchased you may do so within 30 days of purchase (minimum period. Please see specific products for any extended guarantee period). Simply email us letting us know which product you purchased and we will refund your purchase in full. There is no requirement to return the electronic product, however all our products are secured electronically. Once the refund has been made the security system will prevent your product from being accessed again. ServicesOur coaching services are non-refundable. Cancellation of calls : Client must give 24 hours notice to Coach of cancellation, by telephone or e-mail.
Termination of Coaching Contract : The Client may cancel the coaching agreement at any time upon providing one month's written notice to the Coach by post or email. Payment for the month during which notice is received from the Client shall be considered full payment for that month unless there is an unpaid balance. In the event of fees owing at the time of cancellation, full payment is due and payable of those fees owing and for the one month notice period. The Coach may terminate this agreement at any time if he feels that the continuation of coaching is inappropriate or if fees remain unpaid for more than one month.
