Followed Your Advice, Found A Great Man

Here's what Grace wrote to me to tell me recently...

Let me begin by saying when I purchased your book (Finding Mr. Right) and began reading the first few pages I immediately wrote to some of my single friends encouraging them to do the same.

I did not at that point have any personal proof that your suggestions would "work", but I know good advice and information when I see/read it.

On my job we continue to tell the students to "follow the process" and that by doing so they will see results. So I took my own advice, and yours, and followed the process in your book. I must say I was not happy in the beginning about registering on an online dating site, but I overlooked my ego based ideas about it and just followed the process.

I signed up on two sites actually, wrote up profiles, uploaded pictures (another part of the process I was not thrilled with) and then I waited.

One site produced results quickly. So much so that I had to keep a filing system and set up a new email address just to keep track of all the responses. I was actually overwhelmed by the results. I started to chat with some interesting matches and even went out to brunch with one, but nothing that I would consider a "love connection" was happening.

So I took the next step, instead of waiting around for members to contact me, I started to contact them. The results were just as good and I continued to talk with a lot of matches, but had no desire to go on a date with them.

Then one day a match "winked" at me. I responded and we decided to exchange email addresses. I was in giggles when his full name showed up in the email. We have the same last name! We quickly started having conversations joking about being cousins. After, going through enough of our family
histories we thankfully determined that we were not related!

We now talk on the phone all the time, have dated, and have even done a work project together.

Michael, I must thank you greatly for all of your wonderful and effective information. I, of course, will continue to follow the advice from your site, I really want this relationship to deepen and grow into something good. I will also continue to refer your site to others. Thanks again.
